I have provided scans of the pages Dick appears in. The text is too small to read... this is deliberate. The purpose of the scans is to show other fans the scope of Dick's role. If you want to read, you will need to buy a copy of the comic... and support DC writers and artists.

Batman: Incorporated - Leviathan:
Part 1 - Demon Star"
Official Summary: In this sensational, giant-sized one-shot spinning out of BATMAN INCORPORATED, Batman realizes to his horror that he's been outwitted as the true identity of Leviathan continues to elude him. Is his deadly adversary an old foe with a grudge to settle, a new face of evil…or something completely different? Only one thing is certain: You won't soon forget the shocking ending!

Summary: This book is about tying up Morrison's Batman Inc storyline which became a casualty of the New 52. For this reason, the story is set Pre-Flashpoint - Dick is still Batman. Basically, Talia is revealed as the mystery Leviathan and she has placed a half a billion dollar contract on her own son's head. Considering Dick features pretty much just to make up the numbers, why have I given this an 'Excellent' rating? Well, becasue I'm rating Dick's role, which while minor, portrays him as mature, intelligent, competent and hightlights the incredible team he and Damian make. Of all of the things that 52 changed, I think that is one of the saddest. Dick and Damian had matured into a great team with a really interesting dynamic that worked. Bruce and Damian... to date they don't work. Of most interest is the last page stating that this story will continue in 2012. So, will it continue with Dick as Batman (and everyone simply accepts that it is a new story but set Pre-Flashpoint), or will Dick simply not appear to make this lack of continuity easier? I guess time will tell.
