I have provided scans of the pages Dick appears in. The text is too small to read... this is deliberate. The purpose of the scans is to show other fans the scope of Dick's role. If you want to read, you will need to buy a copy of the comic... and support DC writers and artists.

Summary:
Bigger, meaner and more powerful than ever before, the inmates of Arkham Asylum run rampant as the entire Bat Family struggles to keep the walls from falling down, unleashing Gotham City's worst criminals on the unsuspecting population!

Dick appears as Nightwing in three panels. While Batman is eventually able to defeat the 'pumped' up Two Face, Robin and Nigthwing are failing against the 'pumped' up Ventriloquist. Okay, so it is a Batman book and he has to be seen as the best. While Damian only says two lines, there is a different feel to his character which I didn't mind.

While the art is both violent and gruesome, I do like the artist's style.

Official Summary:
"NIGHT OF THE OWLS" continues here! Guest-writer JUDD WINICK joins artist DAVID FINCH for the return of RED ROBIN! Red Robin is back in Gotham City just in time to face off against TALON and THE COURT OF OWLS!

Basically we follow the plight of one of the Talons. When told his tenure is almost over, he goes to Halys to see who is to take his place. He realizes immediately it is Dick.

I need to comment on the backlash to this issue. Both the official summary and the cover suggested Tim was joining his Bat-team colleagues but he appears in only one panel. Yet again, a cover does not match what happens in the book and fans are annoyed.

Dick appears in three images. See below.
