Dick appears on one page in the middle speaking to Oracle and speculating on the deaths of cops using a sword. Nice exchange between Oracele and Nightwing - very down to Earth showing how comfortable they are with each other. The New Azrael goes to the cave where he and Nightwing come face to face. Lane reveals he is not responsible for killing the cops. Nighwing reveals know knows that Lane was the third Batman from Hurt's earlier scheme. He defeats Lane and give im an injection so he forgets his knowlege of the Batteam. Nightwing confronts Talia telling her to allow Lane keep the Suit of Sorrows. When Lane wakes, he is in his own bad and on the back of his door the Suit of Sorrows hangs with a note pinned to it. See below. Call me sentimental but considering Morrison has Dick describe Bruce as his brother in "Batman and Robin" # 7, I have to say I found this a truly wonderful moment as everything I've believed about Dick and Bruce's relationship is confirmed. Way to go, Nicieza! Interesting thing about this issue is that basically, Dick has 'allowed' this guy to become Azrael and thus I'm assuming he will take things very badly if anything goes wrong. I guess we wait and see.
