Summary:
We are introduced to Dick Grayson who is a UN Ambassador. When there is an explosion and noxious gas begins to spread, Dick changes and emerges as an adult Robin. He is overcome by the gas but JSA members Green Lantern and Dr. Fate arrive to assist him. When there is another explosion, the JSA members are knocked out, their bodies shielding Robin. He then springs into action.

Summary:
The JSA is divided against itself with one group -- consisting of Hawkman, Green Lantern, Flash, Star Spangled Kid, Wildcat, Dr. Fate -- facing off against a group with Commissioner Bruce Wayne behind them -- Robin, Wonder Woman, Starman, Dr. Mid-Nite, Hourman -- seeking to arrest the others on trumped up charges. Superman and Dr. Fate save reveal that Commissioner Wayne is being controlled by the Psycho Pirate and break his control of Bruce. Dick shows his total loyalty to Bruce. Best line: "I've got years' worth of reasons for trusting Bruce Wayne more than any other man alive."
