I have provided scans of the pages Dick appears in. The text is too small to read... this is deliberate. The purpose of the scans is to show other fans the scope of Dick's role. If you want to read, you will need to buy a copy of the comic... and support DC writers and artists.

Nightwing visits Superman because Intergang is thinking of setting up shop in Bludhaven. Great opening scene where Supes thinks he is rescuing a suicide jumper and it is Nightwing.."Hey, I'm jumping here!" They work together and warn Intergang off. Ending scene is interesting. Supes- "I'm glad you're more trusting than your mentor." Nightwing -"He's got a more suspicious nature, Superman and he's never taken the time to get to know you."

Summary:
A great Nightwing issue. We see Dick's intelligence and leadership on show. Nightwing leads Firestorm to where Superman and other heroes are being held. Then when they are attacked he automatically begins giving orders which others follow. In the end, Superman too wants to give orders and others start siding with one or the other but Supes and Nightwing work together. Best lines -

Dick - Years of experience. Plus, if I didn't study my principles of architectural function... I only got to fight gomers like Tweedledum and tweedledee while Batman got all the cool rogues.

Livewire: I'd rather follow Nightwing and his tight butt!

Summary:
A bit of a let down considering his role in the last part of the story. While Dick is present in this issue, he does very little. Needless to say, Superman saves the day, the Earth saved and he is welcomed back by he President. I guess I can accept that, considering it is a Superman title.
